本隐私政策适用于 Struct Guide 缠论助手浏览器扩展及与其配套的 Struct Guide 服务。

Struct Guide 是一个用于网页行情结构观察与学习的浏览器扩展，可在支持的行情网站页面上，根据用户当前浏览器中已经显示的 K 线数据，计算和展示分型、笔、线段、中枢等结构信息。

Struct Guide 不提供投资建议，也不代表任何证券、期货或其他金融产品的交易建议。

This Privacy Policy applies to the Struct Guide browser extension and related Struct Guide services.

Struct Guide is a browser extension designed to help users observe and study market structures. On supported market-data websites, it processes chart data already displayed in the user's browser and may calculate and display structural information such as fractals, strokes, segments, and consolidations.

Struct Guide does not provide investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial product.

我们处理的信息 / Information We Process ​

Struct Guide 根据用户是否登录以及所使用的功能，可能处理以下类型的数据。

Depending on whether a user signs in and which features are used, Struct Guide may process the following categories of information.

K 线与页面数据 / Chart and Page Data ​

当用户在支持的网站打开 K 线页面并启用 Struct Guide 时，扩展可能读取当前网页已经加载或展示的行情数据，以计算和绘制结构。这类数据可能包括：

  • K 线时间；
  • 开盘价；
  • 最高价；
  • 最低价；
  • 收盘价；
  • 与当前图表有关的必要页面信息。

这些数据主要在用户浏览器本地进行即时处理。

Struct Guide 不以提供行情数据服务为目的，也不会将用户当前页面中的原始 OHLC 行情数据上传到服务器建立行情数据库、向其他用户传播或出售。

When Struct Guide is enabled on a supported chart page, the extension may read market data that is already loaded or displayed in the user's browser in order to calculate and render market structures. This may include:

  • timestamps;
  • open prices;
  • high prices;
  • low prices;
  • close prices;
  • other page information necessary to identify and process the current chart.

This data is primarily processed locally in the user's browser.

Struct Guide is not a market-data redistribution service. Raw OHLC data from the user's current chart is not uploaded for the purpose of building a market-data database, redistributed to other users, or sold.

账户与登录数据 / Account and Sign-In Data ​

当用户选择登录 Struct Guide 时，我们可能处理：

  • 电子邮件地址；
  • 登录验证码相关信息；
  • 账户 ID；
  • 登录状态；
  • 账户权限或会员状态。

扩展会在本地生成一个随机安装标识符。用户登录时，该标识符会与登录所需的信息一同提交给 Struct Guide 后端，用于完成身份验证、关联当前安装与账户，并管理账户权限。登录后的产品使用统计可能与用户账户关联。

电子邮件地址主要用于：

  • 发送登录验证码；
  • 识别用户账户；
  • 管理与账户相关的功能和权限。

If a user chooses to sign in, we may process:

  • email address;
  • verification-code related information;
  • account ID;
  • authentication status;
  • account permissions or membership status.

The extension generates and locally stores a random installation identifier. When a user signs in, this identifier is submitted to the Struct Guide backend together with information needed for authentication, account association, and permission management. Product-usage statistics collected while signed in may be associated with the user's account.

Email addresses are primarily used to:

  • send sign-in verification codes;
  • identify user accounts;
  • manage account-related functionality and permissions.

技术与使用信息 / Technical and Usage Information ​

为了维护兼容性、确认核心功能正常运行并改进产品，扩展会收集有限的技术与使用统计，包括：

  • 随机安装标识符；
  • 扩展版本和运行环境信息，例如操作系统类别、语言、时区及正在使用的受支持网站；
  • 核心分析是否正常完成，以及部分功能的使用、成功或失败情况。

为避免重复统计，扩展会短暂处理当前页面地址，并在浏览器本地保存一个不可直接还原为原地址的页面标识。完整页面地址及该本地标识均不会发送到 Struct Guide 服务器。

上述统计不包含股票或交易品种代码、价格或 OHLC 数据、持仓、交易记录、K 线图内容或用户生成的截图内容。我们仅将其用于产品维护、兼容性分析和汇总统计，不用于建立个人投资画像、跨网站跟踪用户或推断用户的精确地理位置。

To maintain compatibility, verify that core functionality operates correctly, and improve the product, the extension collects limited technical and usage statistics, including:

  • a random installation identifier;
  • extension version and operating-environment information, such as operating-system category, language, time zone, and the supported website in use;
  • whether core analysis completes successfully and whether selected features are used, succeed, or fail.

To prevent duplicate counting, the extension briefly processes the current page address and stores a local page identifier that cannot be directly converted back into the original address. Neither the full page address nor this local identifier is sent to Struct Guide servers.

These statistics do not contain market symbols, prices or OHLC data, holdings, trades, chart content, or user-generated screenshot content. We use them only for product maintenance, compatibility analysis, and aggregate statistics, not to build personal investment profiles, track users across websites, or infer a user's precise location.

网络信息 / Network Information ​

当扩展访问 Struct Guide 的服务器时，网络基础设施和托管服务提供商可能在请求处理过程中接触标准网络信息，例如：

  • IP 地址；
  • 请求时间；
  • User-Agent；
  • 大致国家或地区等网络层信息。

此类信息可能由 Cloudflare 等基础设施服务在提供安全、反滥用、网络传输和运行服务时处理。

除安全、诊断或法律要求外，我们不会以识别个人身份为目的建立长期 IP 行为档案。

When Struct Guide communicates with our servers, infrastructure and hosting providers may process standard network information such as:

  • IP address;
  • request timestamp;
  • User-Agent;
  • approximate country or region derived from network information.

Such information may be processed by infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare for security, abuse prevention, networking, and service operation.

Except where needed for security, diagnostics, or legal compliance, we do not use IP addresses to create long-term personal behavioral profiles.

数据使用方式 / How We Use Information ​

我们仅在提供和改善 Struct Guide 服务所必需的范围内使用相关数据，包括：

  • 在当前网页上计算和绘制缠论结构；
  • 保持用户登录状态；
  • 发送登录验证码；
  • 管理用户权限；
  • 提供用户主动使用的高级功能；
  • 判断不同网站、浏览器、系统、语言和时区环境下的兼容情况；
  • 发现和修复错误；
  • 防止滥用、攻击或异常请求；
  • 改善 Struct Guide 的功能和用户体验；
  • 满足适用法律法规要求。

我们不会使用扩展收集的数据进行与 Struct Guide 核心功能无关的广告定向或个人金融画像。

We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Struct Guide, including to:

  • calculate and display Chan Theory structures on the current webpage;
  • maintain authentication state;
  • send verification codes;
  • manage user permissions;
  • provide user-requested advanced features;
  • evaluate compatibility across supported websites, browsers, operating systems, languages, and time zones;
  • diagnose and fix errors;
  • prevent abuse, attacks, or abnormal requests;
  • improve product functionality and user experience;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use extension data to create personal financial profiles or for advertising targeting unrelated to Struct Guide's core functionality.

本地处理 / Local Processing ​

Struct Guide 的基础行情结构计算原则上在用户浏览器本地完成。例如：

  • 分型识别；
  • 笔计算；
  • 线段计算；
  • 中枢计算。

上述计算通常由扩展中的规则算法执行。Struct Guide 不需要将用户当前网页中的完整原始 K 线历史数据上传到服务器，才能完成这些基础绘制功能。

对于需要账户认证、权限管理或服务器支持的功能，扩展可能与 Struct Guide 后端服务通信。

Struct Guide's core market-structure calculations are generally performed locally in the user's browser. For example:

  • fractal detection;
  • stroke calculation;
  • segment calculation;
  • consolidation calculation.

These calculations are normally performed by rule-based algorithms within the extension. The extension does not need to upload the user's complete raw chart history to our servers in order to provide these core drawing features.

Features requiring authentication, permission management, or server-side support may communicate with Struct Guide backend services.

我们不会做什么 / What We Do Not Do ​

Struct Guide 不会：

  • 出售用户的个人数据；
  • 向广告商出售用户数据；
  • 将用户的私人数据用于建立个人证券投资画像；
  • 未经授权读取用户的电子邮件、密码或其他与扩展功能无关的私人内容；
  • 将当前行情页面中的原始 OHLC 数据作为行情数据产品向其他用户转售或传播；
  • 使用浏览器扩展数据向用户提供自动证券交易服务。

Struct Guide does not:

  • sell users' personal data;
  • sell user data to advertisers;
  • use private user data to build personal securities-investment profiles;
  • access users' email contents, passwords, or unrelated private content without authorization;
  • resell or redistribute raw OHLC chart data from a user's current webpage as a market-data product;
  • use extension data to provide automated securities trading services.

第三方服务提供商 / Third-Party Service Providers ​

为了运行 Struct Guide，我们可能使用第三方基础设施或服务提供商，用于：

  • 网站和 API 托管；
  • 网络传输；
  • 安全防护；
  • 数据库或服务器基础设施；
  • 发送用户请求的登录验证码邮件。

这些服务提供商只能在提供相关服务所必要的范围内处理数据，并受其自身隐私政策和数据保护条款约束。

我们不会为了出售用户个人信息而向第三方提供数据。

如果用户点击 Struct Guide 中展示的第三方网站或外部链接，该网站可能根据自己的隐私政策处理用户信息，Struct Guide 无法控制第三方网站的数据处理行为。

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate Struct Guide for purposes such as:

  • website and API hosting;
  • network delivery;
  • security protection;
  • database or backend infrastructure;
  • sending sign-in verification emails requested by users.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy policies and data-protection terms.

We do not provide personal information to third parties for the purpose of selling user data.

If a user follows an external link or visits a third-party website, that third party may process information under its own privacy policy. Struct Guide does not control third-party data practices.

数据保留 / Data Retention ​

我们仅在实现相关功能或满足安全、运营及法律要求所必要的期间保留数据。例如：

  • 账户信息可能在账户有效期间保留；
  • 验证码具有有限有效期；
  • 使用统计和诊断信息可能按运营需要保留一定时间；
  • 安全日志可能为防止滥用或调查异常情况而暂时保存。

如果某项数据不再有合理业务、技术或法律用途，我们会根据适用情况删除、匿名化或停止继续使用。

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality or satisfy operational, security, and legal requirements. For example:

  • account information may be retained while the account remains active;
  • verification codes have limited validity periods;
  • usage and diagnostic information may be retained for reasonable operational periods;
  • security logs may be temporarily retained for abuse prevention or investigation.

When information is no longer reasonably required for business, technical, or legal purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise stop using it as appropriate.

数据安全 / Data Security ​

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护用户数据，包括但不限于：

  • HTTPS 加密通信；
  • 访问控制；
  • 身份认证；
  • 后端权限控制；
  • 尽量减少不必要的数据收集；
  • 将基础行情结构计算尽可能放在浏览器本地完成。

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including measures such as:

  • HTTPS encrypted communications;
  • access controls;
  • authentication;
  • backend permission controls;
  • data minimization;
  • local browser processing for core market-structure calculations where practical.

However, no Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

浏览器扩展权限 / Browser Extension Permissions ​

为了在支持的行情网站上运行，Struct Guide 可能申请浏览器扩展所需权限。这些权限仅用于实现扩展声明的功能，例如：

  • 在支持的网站页面中运行扩展脚本；
  • 读取当前页面中用于结构计算的必要行情信息；
  • 在页面中绘制结构；
  • 保存用户的扩展设置；
  • 与 Struct Guide 服务通信。

我们不会将浏览器权限用于与扩展核心功能无关的目的。

Struct Guide may request browser-extension permissions necessary to operate on supported market-data websites. These permissions are used only for declared extension functionality, such as:

  • running extension scripts on supported webpages;
  • reading chart information necessary for structure calculations;
  • rendering structures on the webpage;
  • storing extension preferences;
  • communicating with Struct Guide services.

We do not use browser permissions for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.

儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy ​

Struct Guide 面向一般互联网和投资学习用户，并非专门面向儿童设计。

我们不会有意收集我们明知属于儿童的个人信息。

Struct Guide is intended for general Internet users and users interested in market analysis and education. It is not specifically directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

用户选择与权利 / User Choices and Rights ​

用户可以选择：

  • 不登录，仅使用无需账户的功能；
  • 停止使用或卸载扩展；
  • 联系我们咨询个人数据相关问题；
  • 根据适用法律请求访问、更正或删除相关个人信息。

某些数据可能因法律、安全、反欺诈或必要运营原因无法立即删除。

Users may:

  • choose not to sign in and use functionality that does not require an account;
  • stop using or uninstall the extension;
  • contact us with privacy-related questions;
  • request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant personal information where required by applicable law.

Certain information may need to be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or essential operational purposes.

Chrome 扩展数据使用 / Chrome Extension Data Use ​

Struct Guide 对通过 Chrome 扩展获得的用户数据的使用，仅限于提供和改进扩展中清楚展示、用户可以理解的功能。

我们不会将通过扩展获得的用户数据用于与扩展核心功能无关的目的。

从 Chrome API 和浏览器扩展权限获得的信息，其使用和传输将遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use requirements。相关信息只会用于提供、维护、保护或改进 Struct Guide 明确说明的单一用途及用户可见功能；不会用于个性化广告、再营销、信用评估或与该用途无关的分析。

除提供或改进扩展功能、安全与反滥用、遵守法律要求，或依法进行合并、收购或资产转让所必需的情形外，我们不会向第三方传输相关用户数据。除用户明确同意、安全调查、法律要求，或仅查看汇总且匿名化的内部运营数据等政策允许的情形外，我们不会允许人员读取用户数据。

Our use of data obtained through the Struct Guide extension is limited to providing and improving functionality that is clearly disclosed and reasonably expected by users.

We do not use extension-derived user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.

The use and transfer of information received from Chrome APIs and browser-extension permissions will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Such information is used only to provide, maintain, secure, or improve Struct Guide's clearly disclosed single purpose and user-facing features. It is not used for personalized advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness decisions, or analytics unrelated to that purpose.

We do not transfer such user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve extension functionality, protect security and prevent abuse, comply with applicable law, or complete a lawful merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. We do not allow humans to read user data except with the user's affirmative consent, for security investigations, to comply with law, or when reviewing only aggregated and anonymized data for internal operations, as permitted by policy.

随着 Struct Guide 功能的发展，本隐私政策可能更新。
