本隐私政策适用于 Struct Guide 缠论助手浏览器扩展及与其配套的 Struct Guide 服务。

Struct Guide 是一个用于网页行情结构观察与学习的浏览器扩展，可在支持的行情网站页面上，根据用户当前浏览器中已经显示的 K 线数据，计算和展示分型、笔、线段、中枢等结构信息。

Struct Guide 不提供投资建议，也不构成任何证券、期货或其他金融产品的交易建议。

This Privacy Policy applies to the Struct Guide browser extension and related Struct Guide services.

Struct Guide is a browser extension designed to help users observe and study market structures. On supported market-data websites, it processes chart data already displayed in the user's browser and may calculate and display structural information such as fractals, strokes, segments, and zhongshu (the overlapping price interval calculated from confirmed segments).

Struct Guide does not provide investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial product.

我们处理的信息 / Information We Process

Struct Guide 根据用户是否登录以及所使用的功能，可能处理以下类型的数据。

Depending on whether a user signs in and which features are used, Struct Guide may process the following categories of information.

K 线与页面数据 / Chart and Page Data

当用户在支持的网站打开 K 线页面并启用 Struct Guide 时，扩展可能读取当前网页已经加载或展示的行情数据，以计算和绘制结构。这类数据可能包括：

• K 线时间；
• 开盘价；
• 最高价；
• 最低价；
• 收盘价；
• 与当前图表有关的必要页面信息。

这些数据主要在用户浏览器本地进行即时处理。

Struct Guide 不以提供行情数据服务为目的，也不会将用户当前页面中的原始 OHLC 行情数据上传到服务器建立行情数据库、向其他用户传播或出售。

When Struct Guide is enabled on a supported chart page, the extension may read market data that is already loaded or displayed in the user's browser in order to calculate and render market structures. This may include:

• timestamps;
• open prices;
• high prices;
• low prices;
• close prices;
• other page information necessary to identify and process the current chart.

This data is primarily processed locally in the user's browser.

Struct Guide is not a market-data redistribution service. Raw OHLC data from the user's current chart is not uploaded for the purpose of building a market-data database, redistributed to other users, or sold.

账户与登录数据 / Account and Sign-In Data

当用户选择登录 Struct Guide 时，我们可能处理：

• 电子邮件地址；
• 登录验证码相关信息；
• 账户 ID；
• 登录状态；
• 账户权限或会员状态。

扩展会在本地生成一个随机安装标识符。用户登录时，该标识符会与登录所需的信息一同提交给 Struct Guide 后端，用于完成身份验证、关联当前安装与账户，并管理账户权限。登录后的产品使用统计可能与用户账户关联。

电子邮件地址主要用于：

• 发送登录验证码；
• 识别用户账户；
• 管理与账户相关的功能和权限。

If a user chooses to sign in, we may process:

• email address;
• verification-code related information;
• account ID;
• authentication status;
• account permissions or membership status.

The extension generates and locally stores a random installation identifier. When a user signs in, this identifier is submitted to the Struct Guide backend together with information needed for authentication, account association, and permission management. Product-usage statistics collected while signed in may be associated with the user's account.

Email addresses are primarily used to:

• send sign-in verification codes;
• identify user accounts;
• manage account-related functionality and permissions.

结构快照与结构库 / Structure Snapshots and Library

当你登录并主动保存结构快照时，扩展会向 Struct Guide 服务端上传图表图片，以及网站名称、品种代码与名称、市场、品种标识、周期、K线时间等元数据。图片会包含保存范围内可见的K线和已绘制结构。你在结构库中提交或修改的备注也会保存到服务端；请勿在备注或图片中加入与此功能无关的个人信息。

快照图片存放在 Cloudflare R2 私有对象存储中，元数据和备注存放在 Cloudflare D1 数据库中，并与登录账户关联，用于保存、查询、跨设备访问、下载和容量管理。其他普通用户不能通过公开图片链接访问你的快照。客户端可能缓存已访问图片以便显示；缓存不代替云端保存。基础画线不会自动保存快照，快照上传由你主动操作触发。

每张快照的期限从服务端创建保存记录时起算，按每24小时一天计算；保存重试或之后的会员等级变动不会重置已有快照的期限。在线查看期限届满后，快照只能保留元数据查看和下载，不再提供在线图片查看或备注修改。保存期限届满后，访问与下载停止，并进入清理流程。你也可以在结构库中主动删除快照。

删除流程先将记录设为不可访问并清除元数据与备注，再删除图片及剩余记录。到期清理由定时任务执行；失败会重试，积压或故障可能延迟物理删除，不表示到期瞬间已删除全部存储副本。已下载到个人设备的副本由你自行管理。

When you sign in and choose to save a structure snapshot, the extension uploads a chart image and metadata such as the website, instrument symbol and name, market, instrument identifier, timeframe and candle time. The image includes the candles and drawn structures visible within the saved area. Notes you submit or edit in the library are also stored on the server. Please avoid including unrelated personal information in images or notes.

Images are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage; metadata and notes are stored in Cloudflare D1 and associated with your account. They support saving, searching, cross-device access, downloads and capacity management. Other ordinary users cannot access your snapshots through public image links. The client may cache images for display; this does not replace cloud storage. Drawing structures does not automatically save snapshots: uploads are triggered by your save action.

Each deadline starts when the server creates the save record, using fixed 24-hour days. Retries and later membership changes do not reset existing deadlines. After online viewing expires, metadata access and downloads remain available until retention expires, but image viewing and note editing stop. After retention expires, access and downloads stop and cleanup becomes due. You can also delete snapshots from your library.

Deletion first makes the record inaccessible and clears its metadata and notes, then removes the image and remaining record. Scheduled cleanup retries failures; backlogs or failures can delay physical removal. Expiry therefore does not mean every stored copy disappears instantly. Copies downloaded to your own devices remain under your control.

技术与使用信息 / Technical and Usage Information

为了维护兼容性、确认核心功能正常运行并改进产品，扩展会收集有限的技术与使用统计，包括：

• 随机安装标识符；
• 扩展版本和运行环境信息，例如操作系统类别、语言、时区及所使用的受支持网站；
• 核心识别是否正常完成，以及部分功能的使用、成功或失败情况。

为计算每日绘制额度并避免重复计数，扩展在本地根据日期、支持的网站标识和规范化品种标识计算 SHA-256 哈希。完成结构绘制后，这个额度去重哈希及本地时间会发送至服务端，用于额度同步和使用统计；完整页面地址和明文品种代码不会随这类统计发送。登录后的额度记录和统计可与账户关联，未登录统计使用随机安装标识的衍生标识。哈希不等同于完全匿名化，也不保证无法通过其他信息推断其来源。

上述统计不包含明文品种代码、价格或 OHLC 数据、持仓、交易记录、K 线图内容或用户生成的截图内容。我们仅将其用于额度管理、产品维护、兼容性核对和使用统计，不用于建立个人投资画像、跨网站跟踪用户或推断用户的精确地理位置。

To maintain compatibility, verify that core functionality operates correctly, and improve the product, the extension collects limited technical and usage statistics, including:

• a random installation identifier;
• extension version and operating-environment information, such as operating-system category, language, time zone, and the supported website in use;
• whether core detection completes successfully and whether selected features are used, succeed, or fail.

To calculate daily drawing allowances and avoid duplicate counts, the extension locally computes a SHA-256 hash from the date, supported-site identifier and normalized instrument identifier. After structure drawing completes, this quota hash and local timestamp are sent to the server for quota synchronization and usage statistics. These reports do not send full page URLs or plaintext instrument symbols. Signed-in records and statistics can be associated with an account; guest statistics use an identifier derived from a random installation ID. Hashing is not complete anonymization and does not guarantee that the source cannot be inferred using other information.

These statistics do not contain plaintext market symbols, prices or OHLC data, holdings, trades, chart content, or user-generated screenshot content. We use them only for quota management, product maintenance, compatibility checks, and usage statistics, not to build personal investment profiles, track users across websites, or infer a user's precise location.

网络信息 / Network Information

当扩展访问 Struct Guide 的服务器时，网络基础设施和托管服务提供商可能在请求处理过程中接触标准网络信息，例如：

• IP 地址；
• 请求时间；
• User-Agent；
• 大致国家或地区等网络层信息。

服务端会从网络请求中取得国家及省／州等一级行政区域信息，并将其用于使用统计；不采集精确坐标。

此类信息可能由 Cloudflare 等基础设施服务在提供安全、反滥用、网络传输和运行服务时处理。

除安全、诊断或法律要求外，我们不会以识别个人身份为目的建立长期 IP 行为档案。

When Struct Guide communicates with our servers, infrastructure and hosting providers may process standard network information such as:

• IP address;
• request timestamp;
• User-Agent;
• approximate country or region derived from network information.

The backend derives country and first-level region information, such as a province or state, from requests and includes it in usage statistics. It does not collect precise coordinates.

Such information may be processed by infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare for security, abuse prevention, networking, and service operation.

Except where needed for security, diagnostics, or legal compliance, we do not use IP addresses to create long-term personal behavioral profiles.

数据使用方式 / How We Use Information

我们仅在提供和改善 Struct Guide 服务所必需的范围内使用相关数据，包括：

• 在当前网页上计算和绘制缠论结构；
• 保持用户登录状态；
• 发送登录验证码；
• 管理用户权限；
• 提供用户主动使用的高级功能，包括云端快照和备注保存、查询、下载与删除；
• 管理每日绘制额度及跨设备额度同步；
• 判断不同网站、浏览器、系统、语言和时区环境下的兼容情况；
• 发现和修复错误；
• 防止滥用、攻击或异常请求；
• 改善 Struct Guide 的功能和用户体验；
• 满足适用法律法规要求。

我们不会使用扩展收集的数据进行与 Struct Guide 核心功能无关的广告定向或个人金融画像。

We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Struct Guide, including to:

• calculate and display Chanlun structures on the current webpage;
• maintain authentication state;
• send verification codes;
• manage user permissions;
• provide user-requested advanced features, including cloud snapshot and note storage, retrieval, download and deletion;
• manage daily drawing allowances and cross-device quota synchronization;
• evaluate compatibility across supported websites, browsers, operating systems, languages, and time zones;
• diagnose and fix errors;
• prevent abuse, attacks, or abnormal requests;
• improve product functionality and user experience;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use extension data to create personal financial profiles or for advertising targeting unrelated to Struct Guide's core functionality.

本地处理 / Local Processing

Struct Guide 的基础行情结构计算原则上在用户浏览器本地完成。例如：

• 分型识别；
• 笔计算；
• 线段计算；
• 中枢计算。

上述计算通常由扩展中的规则算法执行。Struct Guide 不需要将用户当前网页中的完整原始 K 线历史数据上传到服务器，才能完成这些基础绘制功能。

对于需要账户认证、权限管理或服务器支持的功能，扩展可能与 Struct Guide 后端服务通信。

Struct Guide's core market-structure calculations are generally performed locally in the user's browser. For example:

• fractal detection;
• stroke calculation;
• segment calculation;
• zhongshu calculation.

These calculations are normally performed by rule-based algorithms within the extension. The extension does not need to upload the user's complete raw chart history to our servers in order to provide these core drawing features.

Features requiring authentication, permission management, or server-side support may communicate with Struct Guide backend services.

我们不会做什么 / What We Do Not Do

Struct Guide 不会：

• 出售用户的个人数据；
• 向广告商出售用户数据；
• 将用户的私人数据用于建立个人证券投资画像；
• 未经授权读取用户的电子邮件、密码或其他与扩展功能无关的私人内容；
• 将当前行情页面中的原始 OHLC 数据作为行情数据产品向其他用户转售或传播；
• 使用浏览器扩展数据向用户提供自动证券交易服务。

Struct Guide does not:

• sell users' personal data;
• sell user data to advertisers;
• use private user data to build personal securities-investment profiles;
• access users' email contents, passwords, or unrelated private content without authorization;
• resell or redistribute raw OHLC chart data from a user's current webpage as a market-data product;
• use extension data to provide automated securities trading services.

数据存储与跨境传输 / Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfers

账户信息、额度记录与云端快照存储于中国大陆境外的 Cloudflare 基础设施，其中账户信息、额度记录及快照元数据使用 D1 数据库，快照图片使用 R2 私有对象存储；网站与 API 的网络传输使用 Cloudflare 全球基础设施。登录验证码通过境外邮件服务 Resend 发送，该服务会处理收件邮箱和验证码邮件内容。

对于中国大陆用户，上述服务涉及个人信息向境外传输和存储。我们依据适用法律采取相应保护措施，包括 HTTPS 加密传输、身份认证与访问控制；你可以通过 structguide@outlook.com 咨询相关数据处理及权利行使事宜。

Account information, quota records and cloud snapshots are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure outside mainland China. Account information, quota records and snapshot metadata use D1 databases; snapshot images use private R2 object storage. Website and API traffic uses Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Sign-in verification emails are sent through Resend, an email service outside mainland China that processes recipient addresses and verification-code email content.

For users in mainland China, these services involve transferring and storing personal information outside mainland China. We take corresponding protective measures under applicable law, including HTTPS encryption, authentication and access controls. You can contact structguide@outlook.com about this processing and how to exercise your rights.

第三方服务提供商 / Third-Party Service Providers

为了运行 Struct Guide，我们可能使用第三方基础设施或服务提供商，用于：

• 网站和 API 托管；
• 网络传输；
• 安全防护；
• 数据库或服务器基础设施；
• 发送用户请求的登录验证码邮件。

我们使用 Cloudflare 提供网站和 API 基础设施、D1 数据库、R2 快照存储及使用统计服务；使用 Resend 向你提供的邮箱发送登录验证码。验证码邮件服务会处理收件邮箱和邮件内容。

这些服务提供商只能在提供相关服务所必要的范围内处理数据，并受其自身隐私政策和数据保护条款约束。

我们不会为了出售用户个人信息而向第三方提供数据。

如果用户点击 Struct Guide 中展示的第三方网站或外部链接，该网站可能根据自己的隐私政策处理用户信息，Struct Guide 无法控制第三方网站的数据处理行为。

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate Struct Guide for purposes such as:

• website and API hosting;
• network delivery;
• security protection;
• database or backend infrastructure;
• sending sign-in verification emails requested by users.

We use Cloudflare for website and API infrastructure, D1 databases, R2 snapshot storage and usage statistics. We use Resend to send sign-in codes to the email address you provide; this email service processes the recipient address and email content.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy policies and data-protection terms.

We do not provide personal information to third parties for the purpose of selling user data.

If a user follows an external link or visits a third-party website, that third party may process information under its own privacy policy. Struct Guide does not control third-party data practices.

数据保留 / Data Retention

我们仅在实现相关功能或满足安全、运营及法律要求所必要的期间保留数据。例如：

• 云端快照、元数据和备注按上文“结构快照与结构库”的期限和删除流程处理；
• 账户信息可能在账户有效期间保留；
• 验证码具有有限有效期；
• 使用统计和诊断信息可能按运营需要保留一定时间；
• 安全日志可能为防止滥用或调查异常情况而暂时保存。

如果某项数据不再有合理业务、技术或法律用途，我们会根据适用情况删除、匿名化或停止继续使用。

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality or satisfy operational, security, and legal requirements. For example:

• cloud snapshots, metadata and notes follow the deadlines and deletion process in “Structure Snapshots and Library” above;
• account information may be retained while the account remains active;
• verification codes have limited validity periods;
• usage and diagnostic information may be retained for reasonable operational periods;
• security logs may be temporarily retained for abuse prevention or investigation.

When information is no longer reasonably required for business, technical, or legal purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise stop using it as appropriate.

数据安全 / Data Security

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护用户数据，包括但不限于：

• HTTPS 加密通信；
• 访问控制；
• 身份认证；
• 后端权限控制；
• 尽量减少不必要的数据收集；

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including measures such as:

• HTTPS encrypted communications;
• access controls;
• authentication;
• backend permission controls;
• data minimization;
• local browser processing for core market-structure calculations where practical.

However, no Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

浏览器扩展权限 / Browser Extension Permissions

为了在支持的行情网站上运行，Struct Guide 可能申请浏览器扩展所需权限。这些权限仅用于实现扩展声明的功能，例如：

• 在支持的网站页面中运行扩展脚本；
• 读取当前页面中用于结构计算的必要行情信息；
• 在页面中绘制结构；
• 保存用户的扩展设置；
• 与 Struct Guide 服务通信。

我们不会将浏览器权限用于与扩展核心功能无关的目的。

Struct Guide may request browser-extension permissions necessary to operate on supported market-data websites. These permissions are used only for declared extension functionality, such as:

• running extension scripts on supported webpages;
• reading chart information necessary for structure calculations;
• rendering structures on the webpage;
• storing extension preferences;
• communicating with Struct Guide services.

We do not use browser permissions for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.

儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy

Struct Guide 面向一般互联网用户，并非专门面向儿童设计。

我们不会有意收集儿童或明知其为儿童的用户的个人信息。

Struct Guide is intended for general Internet users. It is not specifically directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

用户选择与权利 / User Choices and Rights

用户可以选择：

• 不登录，仅使用无需账户的功能；
• 停止使用或卸载扩展；
• 联系我们咨询个人数据相关问题；
• 根据适用法律请求访问、更正或删除相关个人信息；
• 通过 structguide@outlook.com 申请注销账户，由我们人工核验身份并受理；
• 通过同一邮箱撤回对基于同意的数据处理的同意。撤回不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理；依赖相关数据处理的功能可能无法继续使用。

我们将在收到上述请求后15个工作日内响应。注销申请核验并完成后，我们将删除或匿名化账户相关个人信息及云端快照；依法需要保留的部分将说明原因与适用期限。15个工作日是响应时限，不代表所有存储副本均能在该期限内完成物理删除。卸载扩展或退出登录不会自动注销账户或删除云端数据。

如适用法律要求继续保留特定记录，我们将限制其用途；因技术原因暂时无法物理删除的数据，将停止除存储和必要安全保护之外的处理。

Users may:

• choose not to sign in and use functionality that does not require an account;
• stop using or uninstall the extension;
• contact us with privacy-related questions;
• request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant personal information under applicable law;
• request account closure at structguide@outlook.com, which we handle manually after identity verification;
• withdraw consent to consent-based processing through the same address. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out with consent; features dependent on that processing may become unavailable.

We will respond within 15 working days of receiving your request. Once an account closure request has been verified and completed, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information and cloud snapshots. If specific records must be retained by law, we will explain the reason and applicable period. The 15-working-day period is a response commitment, not a guarantee that every stored copy will be physically removed within that period. Signing out or uninstalling the extension does not close your account or delete cloud data.

Where applicable law requires retention of specific records, their use will be restricted. If technical limitations temporarily prevent physical deletion, processing will stop except for storage and necessary security protection.

Chrome 扩展数据使用 / Chrome Extension Data Use

Struct Guide 对通过 Chrome 扩展获得的用户数据的使用，仅限于提供和改进扩展中清楚展示、用户可以理解的功能。

我们不会将通过扩展获得的用户数据用于与扩展核心功能无关的目的。

从 Chrome API 和浏览器扩展权限获得的信息，其使用和传输将遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use requirements。相关信息只会用于提供、维护、保护或改进 Struct Guide 明确说明的单一用途及用户可见功能；不会用于个性化广告、再营销、信用评估或与该用途无关的数据处理。

向第三方传输扩展用户数据仅限于：提供或改进已披露的单一用途所必需；遵守法律；防范恶意软件、欺诈或滥用；或在事先取得用户明确同意后进行合并、收购或资产出售。汇总、匿名化或衍生数据仍受这些限制。

Our use and transfer of extension data adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for the disclosed single purpose and related user-facing features, not for unrelated advertising or creditworthiness assessments.

Transfers to third parties are limited to what is necessary for that purpose, legal compliance, protection against malware or abuse, or a merger, acquisition or asset sale with prior explicit user consent. Aggregated, anonymized and derived data remain subject to these restrictions.

Human access is limited to explicit consent for specific data, aggregated and anonymized internal operations, necessary security investigations, or legal compliance.

政策更新 / Policy Updates

我们可能更新本隐私政策，以反映服务与数据实践的变化，并更新本页面的“最后更新日期”。重大变更将通过站内公告或邮件通知；如涉及处理目的或数据类别的变化，我们将重新取得你的同意。

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services and data practices and revise the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through a website notice or email. If processing purposes or data categories change, we will obtain your consent again.
