一、协议的接受 / Acceptance of These Terms
欢迎使用 Struct Guide 缠论助手（下称“本插件”）。**请您在安装或使用本插件前仔细阅读本协议。**您下载、安装或继续使用本插件，即表示您已阅读并同意本协议全部内容。如您不同意本协议的任何条款，请勿安装或使用本插件。
Welcome to Struct Guide (the "Extension"). Please read these Terms carefully before installing or using the Extension. By downloading, installing, or continuing to use the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not install or use the Extension.
本协议同时提供简体中文和英文版本；两种版本如有歧义，以您所使用服务界面的语言版本为准。
These Terms are provided in both Simplified Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the version matching the language of the service interface you use shall prevail.
二、插件是什么 / What the Extension Does
本插件是一款浏览器扩展，运行于您已打开的支持行情网站页面上，根据当前页面已显示的K线数据，自动计算并绘制缠论结构，包括：分型、笔、线段、中枢。
Struct Guide is a browser extension that runs on supported market-data websites you already have open. Based on candlestick data already displayed on the current page, it automatically calculates and draws Chanlun structures, including fractals, strokes, segments, and zhongshu (the overlapping price interval calculated from confirmed segments).
本插件不获取行情数据，不提供投资建议，不预测行情，也不承诺任何投资收益。
The Extension does not fetch market data, does not provide investment advice, does not predict market movements, and does not promise any investment returns.
三、用途限制 / Permitted Use
您承诺仅将本插件用于结构学习与复盘目的。您不得将本插件用于任何违反适用法律的用途，包括但不限于：将其作为证券投资分析的替代工具向他人提供咨询服务，或宣传本插件具有买卖点提示、选股、行情预测等本插件不具备的功能。
You agree to use the Extension solely for structure learning and review purposes. You must not use the Extension for any purpose that violates applicable law, including without limitation: reselling it as a substitute for securities-investment advisory services, or marketing the Extension as offering buy/sell signals, stock screening, or market predictions that it does not provide.
特别提示：本插件不提供买卖点、背驰信号、选股或任何行情观点；如任何第三方以本插件名义提供上述服务，均与本插件无关。
Important: The Extension does not offer buy/sell points, momentum-divergence signals, stock screening, or any market opinions. Any third party offering such services in the name of this Extension is not affiliated with it.
四、会员服务与付费 / Membership and Payment
4.1 会员等级与权益 / Membership Tiers and Benefits

当前权益如上表所示；实际生效的权益以插件内“会员功能对比”页面为准。未登录（游客）状态下，每日识别额度为2个品种。
Current benefits are shown above; the benefits actually in effect are as shown on the "Membership" page within the Extension. For guests (not signed in), the daily detection quota is 2 symbols.
4.2 计费与续费 / Billing and Renewal
会员以兑换码形式购买，按月卡（30天）/年卡（365天）计费，自兑换成功之日起算。本插件当前不提供自动续费，会员到期后不会自动扣款；如未来推出自动续费，我们将在扣款前按规定提前提醒您，并提供便捷的取消方式。
Memberships are purchased via redemption codes as monthly (30 days) or yearly (365 days) plans, effective from the date of successful redemption. The Extension currently has no auto-renewal; no charges will occur after membership expires. If auto-renewal is introduced in the future, we will provide advance reminders before any charge and an easy way to cancel.
4.3 价格调整 / Price Changes
价格如有调整，调整前将提前公示；价格调整不影响已购买的会员期。
Prices may change with advance public notice; price changes do not affect memberships already purchased.
4.4 额度与免费功能调整 / Quota and Free-Tier Adjustments
我们可能根据运营情况调整游客及免费会员的每日识别额度、免费功能与免费时限（包括结构回放的试用安排），并直接更新插件内权益页面，不另行单独公告。该等调整不影响您已购买的VIP会员期内的权益：在您会员有效期内，我们将不降低您购买时所对应的会员权益。VIP会员期届满后续费的，按届时插件内权益页面所示标准执行。
We may adjust the daily detection quotas, free features, and free trial periods for guests and free members (including the Structure Replay trial arrangement) based on operational needs, and will update the membership-benefits page within the Extension directly without separate announcements. Such adjustments do not affect the benefits within a VIP membership period you have already purchased: during your active membership period, we will not reduce the benefits that applied at the time of your purchase. Upon renewal after expiry, the benefits shown on the membership page at that time shall apply.
4.5 功能变更与退费 / Feature Changes and Refunds
4.5.1 我们可能因产品规划、技术、兼容性或合规等原因调整、替换或下架部分功能。对于付费会员权益中已包含的功能，如被下架或实质性缩减，导致会员权益明显受损，您可就受损权益申请按比例退费：按自功能下架之日起至会员期届满止的剩余天数占会员总天数的比例，乘以您实际支付的会员费用计算退款金额。您亦可选择不退款，继续使用其余功能至会员期届满。
4.5.1 We may adjust, replace, or discontinue certain features for product, technical, compatibility, or compliance reasons. Where a feature included in paid membership benefits is discontinued or substantially reduced such that membership benefits are materially impaired, you may request a pro-rata refund for the impaired portion: calculated by multiplying the fee you actually paid by the ratio of remaining days from the discontinuation date to the end of your membership period. Alternatively, you may decline the refund and continue using the remaining features until your membership expires.
4.5.2 以下情形不属于前款所述的权益受损，不触发退费：
- （一）为符合法律法规或监管要求所作的调整；
- （二）因所支持的第三方行情网站变更、失效或限制访问，导致依赖该网站的功能无法使用（本插件在第三方网站上运行，此类风险由第八条约定）；
- （三）不影响会员核心权益的正常更新，包括：界面调整、识别算法的规则优化、确认状态与计算精度改进、功能入口或名称调整；
- （四）免费额度、免费功能或免费时限的调整（该等调整见4.4条，不涉及付费对价）。
4.5.2 The following do not constitute material impairment under 4.5.1 and do not trigger a refund:
- (i) adjustments made to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements;
- (ii) unavailability of features relying on a third-party market-data website that has changed, become unavailable, or restricted access (the Extension runs on third-party websites; this risk is addressed in Section 8);
- (iii) normal updates that do not impair core membership benefits, including interface changes, rule optimizations of detection algorithms, improvements to confirmation status and calculation accuracy, and relocation or renaming of feature entries;
- (iv) adjustments to free quotas, free features, or free trial periods (governed by Section 4.4; no paid consideration is involved).
4.5.3 退费申请自功能下架公告之日起60天内有效，通过 structguide@outlook.com 提出。经核实后，退款将按以下方式处理：通过持牌支付渠道购买的，按原支付途径退回；通过其他途径购买的，我们将通过线上转账方式将退款支付至您指定的收款账户。退回到账时间可能因支付渠道而异。第五条所述退款的支付方式，同样按本款执行。
4.5.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the discontinuation announcement via structguide@outlook.com. After verification, refunds will be processed as follows: for purchases made via licensed payment channels, refunds will be issued to the original payment method; for purchases made via other channels, refunds will be sent by online transfer to a payout account you designate. Arrival times may vary by payment channel. Refunds under Section 5 follow the same payment method rules.
4.6 会员到期后的回放使用 / Replay Use After Membership Expiry
VIP会员期届满后：
（一）届满前从未使用过结构回放的，您仍可按第4.4条开始7天试用期，该权利不受会员到期影响；
（二）届满前已使用过回放的，您可在会员期届满次日起的7天宽限期内继续使用回放；宽限期届满后，回放按第4.4条所示标准执行。为免歧义：试用期自首次使用回放时起算，不因期间开通或持有VIP而暂停、顺延或重置；会员期届满后，未使用完毕的试用期不恢复、不折抵，统一按本项的宽限期安排执行。
宽限期内，快照容量等其余权益按免费会员标准执行。已有快照的在线查看期限及保存、下载期限以服务端创建该快照记录时确定的期限为准，不因VIP到期或会员等级变化而重置、缩短或延长；到期后新保存的快照适用免费会员期限，具体见隐私政策。宽限期是权益延续安排，不是试用期，不影响也不消耗第4.4条项下的试用期。
When your VIP membership expires:
(i) if you have never used Structure Replay before expiry, you may still start the 7-day trial under Section 4.4; this right is unaffected by membership expiry;
(ii) if you have used Replay before expiry, you may continue using it during a 7-day grace period starting the day after expiry; thereafter, Replay follows the standard described in Section 4.4. For the avoidance of doubt: the trial period starts upon first use of Replay and is not paused, extended, or reset by the purchase or holding of a VIP membership; upon membership expiry, any unused trial balance is neither restored nor offset, and the grace period under this item applies instead.
During the grace period, other benefits, such as snapshot capacity, follow the free-tier standard. Existing snapshots retain the online-viewing, retention and download deadlines set when the server created each snapshot record; VIP expiry or membership-tier changes do not reset, shorten or extend those deadlines. Snapshots newly saved after VIP expiry follow the free-tier deadlines, as described in the Privacy Policy. The grace period is a benefit-extension arrangement, not a trial, and does not affect or consume the trial under Section 4.4.
五、退款政策 / Refund Policy
兑换码未兑换前：可联系客服全额退款；
兑换成功后：因虚拟商品特性，原则上不支持退款，但插件无法正常使用（经客服确认）等情形除外；
退款成功后，对应兑换码自动作废，会员权益终止；
退款支付方式按第4.5.3条执行。
Before redemption: a redemption code may be fully refunded by contacting support;
After redemption: due to the nature of virtual goods, refunds are generally not available, except where the Extension does not function properly (as confirmed by support);
Upon refund, the corresponding code is automatically voided and membership benefits end;
Refund payment methods follow Section 4.5.3.
六、账号 / Accounts
您可通过电子邮箱验证码登录。您对账号及密码安全负责。您可随时通过 structguide@outlook.com 申请注销账号；我们将在收到请求后15个工作日内响应。注销申请核验并完成后，账户相关数据将按隐私政策删除或匿名化；响应时限不代表所有存储副本均在该期限内完成物理删除。
You may sign in via email verification codes. You are responsible for the security of your account. You may request account closure at any time via structguide@outlook.com; we will respond within 15 working days of receiving your request. Once your account closure request has been verified and completed, associated data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The response period does not mean that every stored copy will be physically removed within that period.
七、知识产权 / Intellectual Property
本插件（含代码、界面、文档）的知识产权归运营者个人所有。"Struct Guide"及相关标识受法律保护。缠论作为理论体系归其权利人所有，本插件仅为该理论规则的实现工具之一，与理论权利人无隶属或合作关系。
The intellectual property of the Extension (including code, interface, and documentation) belongs to the individual operator. "Struct Guide" and related marks are protected by law. Chanlun as a theory belongs to its rights holders; this Extension is merely one implementation of its rules and is not affiliated with any rights holder.
八、第三方网站 / Third-Party Websites
本插件在支持的第三方行情网站上运行，通过读取页面已显示的数据并在其上绘制结构。本插件与所支持的网站无隶属、合作或授权关系；各网站的访问协议以其自身条款为准。如某网站变更导致本插件无法在该网站正常运行，我们将在支持列表中移除或调整该网站，此项调整不构成违约。
The Extension runs on supported third-party market-data websites by reading data already displayed on the page and drawing structures on top. The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any supported website; each website's terms govern your use of it. If a website change prevents the Extension from functioning there, we may remove or adjust it in the supported list without liability.
九、免责声明 / Disclaimer
本插件按“现状”提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，运营者不对因使用或无法使用本插件产生的间接损失承担责任。本插件输出的结构仅为算法按设定规则对已发生K线数据的计算结果，不构成任何投资建议；投资有风险，您的投资决策及其后果由您自行承担。
The Extension is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the Extension. Structures output by the Extension are algorithmic calculations of past candlestick data under defined rules and do not constitute investment advice. Investment involves risk; your investment decisions and their consequences are solely your own.
十、协议变更 / Changes to These Terms
本协议可能随服务变化而更新，并在本页面更新版本号与生效日期。重大变更将通过站内公告或邮件通知；如您在变更生效后继续使用本插件，视为接受变更后的协议；如您不同意，可停止使用并申请注销。
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves, with the version number and effective date revised on this page. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop using the Extension and request account closure.
十一、法律适用与争议解决 / Governing Law and Disputes
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区法律）。因本协议产生的或与本协议有关的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向上海市松江区有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring proceedings before a competent People’s Court in Songjiang District, Shanghai.
